Friday. Partner Friday. 

And the open is announced. In case you missed it here is what we have in store on Saturday.

Reminder during our regular classes we will be be doing the workout on Saturday and we will also be hosting an open gym for anyone to come do the workout Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Come down have some fun and cheer on everyone else. 

Strength

Push Press x 3reps x 4sets

Easy weight on this. Work on speed through the middle and maintaining a tight core throughout the movement.

Conditioning

6 rounds - alt. movements with your partner - each athlete completes the given amount of reps before moving on to the next movement. 

  • 8 push press (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 12 box jumps
  • full length bear crawl 

Tried to stay away from anything pulling today (really tough), but at the same time get you in here for a good workout whether or not you are planning to do the WOD Saturday. Don't change up your routine and come in and hit the workout at a good pace and listen to your body.
