Time to clean, clean, clean! And it's too early for spring cleaning.

Strength

3 position power clean - 15mins (mid hang, low hang, from the ground)

Working in that order work on your setup in each position and make sure you finish that pull. On each lift you will have a bit more distance to pull from, but you will also be a bit more tired so make sure your mechanics stay sound. 

Conditioning

  • 5 power cleans (135/95lbs) (185/120lbs)
  • 30 jumping lunges
  • 30 situps
  • 5 power cleans
  • 20 jumping lunges
  • 20 situps
  • 5 power cleans
  • 10 situps
  • 10 jumping lunges
  • 5 power cleans

The goal here is to keep our form technically sound as we get tired. Dropping after each rep os recommended. The weight shouldn't be a big problem, but we will need to move efficiently to hit all the reps.
