 Strength

Toes 2 Bar Progressions

  • L Sit Hold x 2reps x 15 secs
  • Strict T2B x 3reps x 2 sets
  • Kipping Knee Tuck/K2E/T2B x 10reps x 3sets

Here we are looking at moving towards some good kipping reps at the scale you are working on. We want to get that strict work in first to build the foundation and then work on the swing. 

Conditioning

  • 2 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 2 S2OH (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 4, 4, 4
  • 6, 6, 6

As you have noticed we have been going through our periodization where our focus is currently on conditioning. It will continue to work this way through the open. If you are planning on doing the open this weekend continue to push hard, but monitor your body with any nagging injuries, hand problems, etc. so that when it comes time to go for that score you will be ready. Keep up your regular routine in terms of warming up, but as always, listen to your body.
