Hi guys.

Hope you are all having a great weekend. 

Get registered for the open this week as we start it up this Thursday night at 9pm Atlantic Time. The announcement will be made Thursday night and we'll do the workout during our regular classes on Saturday morning and give others the chance to do the workout on Friday, Sunday or Monday if you don't get into the gym on Saturday. 

Strength

Part A: Front Squats x 3reps x 3sets @ 65%

Light, easy weight on this movement. 

Part B: WBS x 60secs on/30secs off x 3 rounds

Conditioning

5 rounds

  • 15 air squats
  • 30 DU's or 75 SU's 

A simple little couplet. Move efficiently and fast. Not quite a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio, but something in between for the single unders. Enjoy.
