Hello guys!

Back at it at CrossFit 782. Roads are looking better and we are back on track here at the gym. Parking is great and workouts are ready to go. 

Strength

Deadlifts x 5reps x 3sets 

Working up in weight. Nothing too heavy today, but just something to groove that movement. 

Conditioning

12min AMRAP

  • 12 deadlifts (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs)
  • 12 pushups
  • 12 Med Ball Cleans (20/14lbs)

Weight on the deadlift should be light enough so that the first two rounds can be done unbroken, but you may need to break up the reps as the workout goes on. Move efficiently and be steady and strong, but don't rush through this workout.
