5min EMOM - 5 Back Squats
Take 5 mins to warmup in weight for this and then you want to hit about 70% of your one rep max. You will hit 25 reps in 5 mins to scale your weight accordingly. You can always take off weight though so don't underestimate yourself.

This is an all out sprint each round. Move fast and efficiently and then cheer on your partner as they move fast.
