Hiiiiiiiii Guys!

I know I am a bit late with this, but I just finished an amazing fundamentals class and I have my big presentation for my Education portfolio tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Strength

Push Press x 3r x 3s 

Push Jerk x 3r x 3s

Warmup with some weight and then start hitting some light weight in these two movements. Don't build up to a crazy heavy amount as we want you to be able to hit the workout hard. 

Conditioning

Descending Ladder

  • 10 - 1: S2OH (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 20 - 2: DU's or 60 - 6 SU's 

You will start with 10 S2OH and then 20 DU's or 60 SU's and then 9 S2Oh and 18 DU's or 54 SU's and move down the ladder like that. Here it is in detail:

  • 10 - 20 (60)
  • 9 - 18 (54)
  • 8 - 16 (48)
  • 7 - 14 (42)
  • 6 - 12 (36)
  • 5 - 10 (30)
  • 4 - 8 (24)
