It's midweek and I'm loving the numbers people are putting up so far and the effort has been showing with their work ethic on form and technique.

Back Squat x 10reps x 2sets
After taking 10 minutes to warm up to your weight you want to hit you will hit two sets with about 3-4 minutes rest between these two sets. Don't hit a ton of volume before your two sets of 10, but make sure you are well warmed up.
Get after it. Slow your pace more than you think at the beginning and try to be consistent even as it gets hard.
