Good weekend to you all!

Another beautiful Island weekend is upon us and we have the Lee Christmas party coming up tomorrow night. Hope you all can make it!

For Saturday we will be having adult classes at 8am and 9am and our teens class at 9am as well. 

Strength

Front Squats x 3reps x 4sets

Using the same weight for each set (or a similar weight) we want you to hit these 4sets within a 10 min time frame. Don't rest too long, but take 2 minutes between each set after a few solid warmup sets. This should be at about 75-80%, but it depends on how you are feeling that day. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 5 T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Goblet Squats

A little lung burner to start off the weekend. String all your T2Bs together, move fast through your burpees and move efficiently in your squats. Try to maintain a consistent pace throughout each round, so avoid going out like a cannon and try to pace the workout.
