We are going to be trying a new rep scheme here on the back squat. This is something I have been wanting to implement for a while and it seems like a great day to give it a go. After a few warmup sets we'll start working our way down this ladder and then our way back up the ladder. Make sure you have someone spotting you on this movement. There is definitely some strategy to choosing your weight and we don't expect you to be hitting your 1RM on the 1 rep as we want you to have something left in the tank for the way back up.

Something for everyone in here. We are going to try to be very strict on the pushups so we can all improve our upper body strength. It will still be a sprint through these 3 movements. I may set this up as a team work, conga line style where one person finishes the entire workout and tags in the next person on their team.
