See you either at 6am or between 10am and 1pm for this beauty of a WOD. 

Those coming between 10 and 1 will have open gym, but this workout could also give them what they need so no need to be scared!

  • 30 Burpees
  • 15 Muscle Ups OR 30 Ring Dips + Pullups OR 30 Pushups + Ring Rows

For the 6am class we'll send you out on your workout and kick the workout off in either 2 or 3 heats. Can't wait to do this one myself.
