Well well well!

Another great day at 782.

For the upcoming schedule we are running normal classes all the way up until Wednesday, although there will be no open gym Wednesday night!

  • Thursday, December 24 - Open Gym 10am - 1pm
  • Friday, December 25 - Closed
  • Saturday, December 26 - Open Gym 10am - 1pm
  • Sunday, December 27 - Open Gym 10am - 1pm
  • Monday, December 28 - 12 Days of Christmas Workout

This schedule is subject to change, but we will be open everyday, except Christmas Day. 

Strength

Gymnastics Progressions:

5-4-3-2-1

  • Strict HSPU
  • Strict Pullups

There will be many different variations of these being done, but this gives you some structure to work with. After a solid warmup we'll hit these reps, individualized for you, within a 10min time cap. This is some very important strength building work. 

Conditioning

  • 25 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 25 T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks
  • 25cal Row

This is gonna be all sorts of fun.
