Freaky Friday ya'll!!!!

Can't believe it is one week til Christmas! We are planning on doing the 12 Days of Christmas Workout on Monday, December 28th. Hours will be coming soon, but there will be endless opportunities to hit this workout!

Strength

Jerk Progressions

We will work primarily on the push jerk today with some drill work focusing on the positioning of our feet and the bar path. This will be low weight, high speed work to ready us for the workout to follow. 

Conditioning

Partner D.T. - 10 rounds alternating rounds with your partner

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 S2OH
  • (155/105lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)

Well if regular D.T. wasn't just bad enough, we thought we'd throw a little twist on a classic CrossFit Hero Workout. Partner A crushes out round 1 and then partner 2 crushes out the next round. This is a whole new ball game though as you will have a good amount of rest between each rounds so your goal is to hang on to the bar to get through the reps in as few sets as possible. Choose your weights carefully as this is a tough little workout.
