What a wonderful weekend it was!

Hope you are getting all your Christmas shopping and preparation completed as you continue to enjoy your time with your family and friends over this busy time of the year. During the lead up to Christmas and during the holidays fitness can sometimes take a back seat, but we believe if we continue to make it a priority we'll be able to enjoy our time away from the gym even before we hit our resolutions!

Strength

Back Squats x 2reps x 5sets

Work up to a heavy double. Take 20 minutes to work on form, speed, power, strength, and all that other good stuff we do in here. Your last set should be a challenging double to finish off your strength portion.

3 rounds for max reps

  • 1 min ME WBS
  • 1 min ME KBS
  • 1 min ME Burpees
  • 1 min rest
