It's partner Friday. Time to find a friend and train! Can't wait for this one.

Handstand Pushup Progressions

This is our chance to figure out where you are with your handstand pushups. We'll work on some freestanding handstands and then work on a limited number of reps for our strength portion of the workout. 

  • Holds, Strict, Kipping, Box, etc. 

Conditioning

30min Partner AMRAP

  • 12 HSPU or 24 Pushups or
  • 12 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 24 Burpees
  • 24cal Row

This is a long one. I can't wait for it. Luckily for you, you have a partner. Break it up anyway you want and enjoy.
