Beauty little interval training today. 

But who's that a$$hole that programmed it!

Reminder that we have our ladies night this Friday coming up. On Saturday we are having a trial class/the first class for our fundamentals at 12pm. Come one, come all. 

Conditioning

Island Throwdown WOD #2

  • 8 HSPU or 8 H.R. Pushups
  • 10 G2OH (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 12 C2B or Ring Rows

Strength

  • 4 mins to establish max weight clean

For those of you who were in comp class on Sunday and want to give your body a break from this we have a different WOD in store with similar time domains so don't be scared to come if you just did it. For those of you competing this is a great chance to test out the WOD with some time left to work on weaknesses and change your strategy prior to the comp. We'll warmup each of the movements and have you work in groups of two to help set everything up for each person.
