Great to see all the smiling faces back in the gym today.
December is the month of maintenance. To make sure your body is feeling good and you are moving correctly. Keep coming in and working hard and checking to make sure every lift and every movement feels great. Take care of yourself, eat what you need to eat, get lots of sleep, and enjoy those around you.
I want to re emphasize how amazing it felt to be around you all on Saturday, both the day and night. We haven't had the chance yet to really fully assess the competition and weekend in general, but I know that everyone I talk to is extremely proud of how everyone competed on Saturday and how everyone conducted themselves. As well you can tell with the pictures that are flying up on Facebook how much fun this gym has together. We really do enjoy being around one another and enjoy when one of our members enjoys success. We also are there for one another when things don't go our way and to pick someone back up off the floor. You are truly a special group of people and can't wait to continue this with you into the new year.

For those tall and for those not so tall this has a little bit of everything. I don't think I have ever heard anyone ever say they like both rowing and burpees and at that same time I don't think I have ever heard anyone say they dislike them both either. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.
