The comp is on Saturday!

If you are coming in tomorrow make sure you are coming in to do something light. For the judges on Saturday make sure you check the heat listing on Facebook. There will be a briefing before each workout so you know that the standards are set and how each athlete can meet them. 

If you can make it out to  support all of our athletes it would make for a great day in Summerside! 

Strength

Hang Power Snatch Drill Work 

We'll work for 3 reps on some drill work with light weight over 5-6 sets. Not a huge amount of volume, but something to really work on good patterns with your body. 

Conditioning

10min Ascending Partner Ladder

  • 1 Hang Power Snatch (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 T2B or K2E or Knee Tuck
  • 2, 2, 2
  • 3, 3, 3 

The way this works is partner 1 does 1 rep of each exercise and then partner 2 will do 1 rep of each exercise. After that partner 1 will do 2 reps of each exercise and so on so forth. Going as high up the ladder as possible in 10 minutes.
