Another week... Wooooo!

Had a great chat with the crew today at comp class on what to expect at the comp, whether it be your first or 101st comp. As well we talked about how to prepare for the upcoming comp during this week and what works for certain individuals. If at any point this week you have any questions do not hesitate to message or chat with one of your coaches. We are here this week to help you, guide you, and make sure you are at your best on Saturday. 

Strength & Conditioning

Interval Training

3 rounds - alternating through the movements - rest 1min between each set of exercises

  • 15 Thrusters (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs) (55/45lbs)
  • 20cal row
  • 50 DU's or 100 SU's

You want to move fast when you are doing exercise before earning that full minute of rest. Try to do the thrusters and skip rope unbroken.
