Strength

3 rounds for quality reps

  • 8-16 GHD Situps or 8 - 16 V-ups
  • 15-30sec L Sit or Knee Tuck Hold (rings, bar, paralettes, etc.)
  • 60sec plank

A little core work for the day. Move smoothly through these reps and holds. Be deliberate in your movement and be relentless in the pursuit of ideal form. 

Conditioning

7 rounds for time

  • 7 WBS
  • 21 DU's or 63 SU's or 21 DU attempts

Get a clicker. Keep track of those rounds. Move fast.
