What a beauty day for a row!

So the snow is coming, the snow is coming! Get out your snow shoes, your ski boots, your snowmobiles, your netflix, your wine, your books, and your weights! Nothing better to do than lift when there is snow coming down!

Strength

Back Squat x 7reps x 3sets 

You will have 20 minutes to do these 3 sets. Take 8-10 minutes to warmup in weight without doing a ton of volume and then hit a set every 2 to 3 minutes. The weight doesn't have to be crazy heavy or the same each set, but you want to move with impeccable form each rep.
