- 15 minutes to build on your progressions for handstands
- Walking, freestanding, strict, kipping, holds, box handstand pushups, etc.
3 rounds - each for time - rest 2mins b/w rounds
- 10 Handstand Pushups
- 15 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
- 20 Burpees over the bar
Go hard each round. Earn that recovery.
