It's Sunday. Still in awe of all the great work over the weekend. Keep it up going into the comp in Summerside and over the next few winter months. 

Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions

  • 15 minutes to build on your progressions for handstands
    • Walking, freestanding, strict, kipping, holds, box handstand pushups, etc. 

Conditioning

3 rounds - each for time - rest 2mins b/w rounds

  • 10 Handstand Pushups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 20 Burpees over the bar

Go hard each round. Earn that recovery.
