Hello again!

Great showing today at open gym. We had nearly 30 people there working on different hero WODs and different skills. The positive energy in the gym was absolutely outstanding! 

Strength

Back Squat x 3r x 5sets @ 75-85%

Taking 15 minutes to work through these sets. Build up in weight and then work at a set weight for those 5 sets. Depending on how you are feeling you can work on either a weight close to your 1RM or something a little lighter. If the weight is going up easy, go heavy, if not, stay light and work on form.
