Handstand Pushup Progressions
Start with some work on your freestanding handstand pushups on the wall or with a partner on the floor or work on your handstand walking.
After this work on your strict handstand pushups or kicking up to the wall and finally work on your kipping handstand pushups or increasing your depth on your strict handstand pushups if you aren't quite there.
4min AMRAP/3 min AMRAP/2 min AMRAP - rest 2 mins between each AMRAP
- 3 HSPU or HSPU progression
- 6 deadlift (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 9 MB Slams
- 12 Walking Lunges
A little bit of everything mixed in here. Nothing that should slow you down too much during the entire workout so keep moving at a steady pace throughout the three AMRAPs.
