Hello there!

It's Thanksgiving weekend!

Strength

Strict Press x 5reps @ 75%; x 3reps @ 85%; x MEreps @ 95%

This is where we are at now with a deload week coming up before we test our 1RMs. This is based off of 90% of your 1RM. 

Conditioning

This is a fun little one I'm sad to be missing! With a partner:

40sec on - 40 sec off x 1/ 30sec on - 30sec off x 2/ 20sec on - 20sec off x 1

  • Thrusters (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs) (65/45lbs)
  • T2B or K2E or MB Situps
  • Burpees on to a plate

Partner A will do as many thrusters as possible in 40 seconds and then partner B will do as many thrusters as possible in 40 seconds. You will do the same thing for each exercise and then go through the same thing with 30on/30off, only you will do this twice and then finally finish with a short sprint with 20sec on and 20sec of rest.
