Hello! Hello!

Here we go on this Thursday. Just a reminder that we will be having comp class on Sundays from now on from 11am to 1pm. There will still be a regular class at 10am on Sundays. 

This Monday we will be having one class at 10am for Thanksgiving. 

Strength

200m sprints x 3 

You have 10 minutes to complete these 200m sprints. You can take as much time as you want in between each set, but you want to hit each one hard. We only have so much time outside left and it seems like we have a clear parking lot!

KB Snatch Progressions - 6reps (3each arm) x 3 sets - to warm up and work on form

Conditioning

6min AMRAP

  • 6 KB Snatches (3 each arm)
  • 9 Box Jumps or Step Ups
  • 12 Pushups

A short WOD to move fast. Try not to slow down. Find a pace and hold it for 6 minutes.
