Remember to get your hockey pools in by Wednesday night with your roster and payment so we can set this up for the upcoming season. 

Strength

Handstand Pushup & Double Under Progressions

10 minutes to work on the following

  • Handstand Hold 
  • Handstand Walking
  • Strict HSPU
  • Kipping HSPU
  • Wall Walk Holds

As well work on your double under progressions during this time, in between your sets, and try to string a few together or your first one if you can. If you have handstand pushups pretty well work on your walking. We will make this individualized for each person so it may take a bit longer than 10 minutes, but their will be small groups working on where they are with this skill. 

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 9 HsPU
  • 60 DU's
  • 300m Run

This is technical and hard on the lungs. Be smart on the wall with the handstands and then pace yourself as need be through the other two movements.
