A beautiful little week to lift some weight and have some fun. You all know what we have in store here for our Monday.
Deadlifts x 5reps @ 75%; x 3reps @ 85%; x MEreps @ 95%
Just like each week this is the big test here. At your 95% you will see how many reps you can get. This will lead us to two weeks from now when we will test our 1RMs and see where they really are at after a deload week.
- 30 Situps
- 10 Hang Power Cleans (165/110lbs) (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 10 Burpees over the bar
Pace out round one and then sprint through round two so you don't blow up on the burpees or the cleans.
