Back Squat x 5r x 3sets
During our Olympic Lifting cycle we'll be back squatting more. Starting today build up in weight during your 3 sets to a heavy five reps. Make sure you get your warmup sets and then start counting your sets once it gets heavy.

- Back Squats (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
I'm excited for this nice little couplet. You can go from the rack for the back squats or from the ground and put it safely on your back. Two movements that compliment one another in a sneaky little way. Make sure you stay on your heels during the back squats so you don't load up your quads for the T2Bs.
