Strength

Push Jerks - from the rack x 3reps x 4sets

Take some time to warmup and then build on some weight on this movement that rewards speed with the bar. 

Ring Rows - Weighted if possible x 3reps x 4sets

There are only 12 reps after a few warmup sets so go strict on the form for these and challenge yourself with some weight if possible.
