Wahoo. It's Fridaaaaaaay! The weekend is here and it's time to get it this weekend at 782. Remember that we have a fundamentals program starting up this Wednesday. Get your friends in here ASAP with our referral tracker!

Strength

1RM Strict Press

OR

1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk

Take 15 minutes to work on your 1RM strict press or this nice little complex where we take that strength and now add some speed to get maximum power. Power up, Power Rangers. 

Conditioning

2min AMRAP x 3 rounds each- rest 4 mins between AMRAPs

  • 1 deadlift + 1 hang clean + 1 front squat + 1 S2OH
  • ME burpees over the bar

This workout is done with a partner. There are two different scores. Your first score is the weight lifted each round. The second score is the amount of burpees you do each round. Partner A will go first for two minutes and then partner B will go for 2 minutes. It's a fine balance between pushing yourself on the weight and pushing yourself with the burpee reps. You can build up in weight as you go through the 3 rounds. And heck, it's only 6 minutes of work. Go hard.
