Another day in paradise!

Make sure you are staying warm folks. Winter is here to stay and we may as well embrace it with full force. 

Strength

Front Squat 1RM - if you missed last week or your lifts didn't feel the way they should

or 

Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats

For the second piece the bar starts from the ground and you take it into a squat from a clean and then do two more squats. Build up in weight for this in 15 minutes trying to do about 5-7 sets. 

Conditioning

6min AMRAP

  • 3 Thrusters (135/95lbs) (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 6 Box Jump overs
  • 9 Pushups

Have fun with this one. Go heavier on the thrusters
