Another sweet Monday leading into a beautiful little Tuesday workout. 

Hope you are all doing well and ready for another big day. 

Strength

T2B & Core Progressions - 

After a core warmup.. 2 rounds for quality:

  • 8-12 T2B or K2E
  • 60 sec Plank
  • 6-8 GHD Situps
  • 15sec L Sit Hold

A little twist on what we did a couple of weeks ago, but something pretty similar. A bit shorter in terms of rounds, but each round should take a little longer. 

Conditioning

15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3

  • Burpees on to a plate
  • MB Situps
  • Ring Rows

Set a standard on the ring rows where you can do 15 reps unbroken and go from there. It shouldn't be a sticking point, but something that will allow you to keep moving through this workouts. On the other two movements just keep moving as quickly as you can!
