Loved that little grinder today. Back on to some weightlifting tomorrow. 

Same as always we'll go for our PR on our strict press and get into a little partner workout after that. Next week we'll leave open for our 1RM as well. 

Strength

1RM Strict Press

5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 1... 

Same thing as always. Stay light on your sets of 5 and then for the sets of 3 move a bit of weight and then get after that strict press 1RM right away because the muscles will fatigue pretty quickly so we don't want to get into our 5th single before we go after our 1 rep max. 

Conditioning

2 rounds for time with a partner

  • 30 T2B or K2E
  • 40 S2OH (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 50 Back Squats (")

Break this up anyway you want with your partner and get through those two rounds. As always it is partner Friday so have fun.
