We have lots on the go today!

Come in and get warmed up and get into it. Everyone seems to be getting back into routine and moving extremely well. 

Strength

We have 3 parts to our strength portion. They are not long, but they should be intense. 

  1. Back Squat x 3 reps - 10 mins to build on speed and weight. 
  2. Snatch Complex - 10 mins to work on the following complex
    1. Power Snatch + Hang Snatch
  3. Pistol Squats - 5 - 10 mins to work on form and progressions
    1. MB
    2. Banded
    3. Box 

Lots going on here. We'll start with the racks out and get our squats done before moving onto our snatch complex and then working on our pistols. 

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 10 Pistols or 30 Air squats
  • 10 C2B Pullups or Pullups or 15 Ring Rows

A short little couplet. Go hard and work on the edge of your comfort zone.
