Beauty Day of Snow, eh!

Just wanted to reemphasize Mike's post yesterday. Our CrossFit 782 family is not the best because we do well at comps, but it's the best because of how well we treat each other no matter how well we do at comps. Being in the gym day after day training is hard on the body and mind, but it makes it all worth it when we look around the room and see those familiar faces supporting us through a word of encouragement, a friendly smile, or just a nod of recognition. These fantastic weekends of working out really exemplify those months of hard work put in on a daily basis and I commend each and every member for being a part of that. We couldn't do any of this without every last one of you amazing people.

Strength

Pullup Progressions

Take 10 minutes to warmup individually after a solid general and specific warmup as a group. During this warmup work on the following:

  • Pullup Holds, Banded Pullups, Strict C2B Pullups, Negative Pullups, Chin over bar pullups, partner pullups, ring rows, active hangs, etc.

We will have a scheme for you, but have something in mind coming in on what you want to work on for this skill. If necessary you can work on your muscle ups as well.

Conditioning

12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2

  • C2B Pullups or Pullups or Ring Rows
  • V - Ups
  • Ring Dips or Pushups

Gymnastics for life. We'll be doing some maneuvering both ways on this workout. Can't wait for this one.
