Hello there!

Here we go again on a beautiful Saturday. Hope you are all enjoying the training!

Strength

Back Squat x 2reps x 5sets

Working for five sets you want to find a weight and work there with a set rest period between those sets. 

Conditioning

  • 400m run
  • 20 pullups or 20 ring rows
  • 300m run 
  • 15 pullups or 15 ring rows
  • 200m run
  • 10 pullups or 10 ring rows

After a nasty little chipper and some weightlifting the past couple of days we are here at a nice little classic couplet!
