Where has the time gone!?

I have been doing CrossFit for nearly 5 years now! And it's October!

Can't wait to see what the next 5 years has in store!

Strength

Strict Press x 3 @ 80%; x 3 @ 85%; x ME @ 90%

Pushup & Handstand Pushup Progressions

We know we are getting stronger, or I know you are getting stronger. Two more hard weeks of work and we'll re test those 1RMs. People are moving extremely well. 

Conditioning

Your Friendly Neighbourhood Chipper

  • 1000m Row
  • 80 MB Situps
  • 60 Box Jumps
  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 20 HSPU or Pushups
  • 800m run

Break this one up anyway you want with your partner. It'll be long so pace yourself on the rower and crush out the run. I'm really looking forward to this. If necessary we'll start two heats off the rowers and crush this workout.
