We goin' below parallel. 

More than once. Or twice, Or hell, even three times. Time to give those wall balls a little work... 

Strength

10 mins to work on

  • 1 hang clean + 1 front squat + 1 push jerk

This is for efficiency work. Don't go heavy and don't do a crazy amount of reps. The work is coming...

Conditioning

P.S. It's 150 Wall Ball Shots for time. 

Have a strategy. Don't do this blindly. Break it up into sets of 10 or sets of 15 or sets of 5. Or do one large set at the beginning and then chip away at it as you go along. And you as you go through it adjust your strategy with how your body is feeling. Taking shorter breaks. Do longer sets. Curse at us. Give us the finger. Yell at the wall. Stomp on the ball. Do what it takes. Breathe. This too shall pass.
