Partner Friday!

Strength

Deadlift x 2rep x 6sets

For this lift we will be working at around 80% of your 1RM. Start off light and build up in weight. 

Conditioning

Partner - 4 rounds each

  • 12 deadlifts (155/105lbs) (205/135lbs)
  • full length bear crawl
  • 18 situps
  • full length walking lunges

This is a bit of a different workout. Working on a couple of core movements filled with a couple of movements to keep your heart rate going. In between each round high five your partner before they can move on.
