Time to do a little snatching!

Just a reminder that on Saturdays we now have classes for you at 8am, 9am, 10am, and for the time being 11am. 

As well our Fundamentals classes begin this Wednesday at 8:15pm and will continue on Friday at 6:30 and Saturday at 12:00pm. The schedule will continue like this for 3 weeks where they will have completed fundamentals and move into regular classes for a week. If you know anyone interested we have a couple of spots left for this session. If they need to miss one or two of these sessions we can always catch them up.

3 Snatches - drop bar after each rep - 10 mins to work up in weight

Once the bar gets heavy drop the bar after each rep and reset your set up position
