Toes 2 Bar!
We will be continuing to work on your gymnastics skills in the new year as we continue to help prepare people for the open, which starts in about 50 days. You will see a few more longer conditioning workouts throughout the week and a little less pure strength work. We'll continue to work on our Oly lifts, but the main focus will be on conditioning.

Try to find a scale where you can do the T2B unbroken and move consistently and efficiently through the other two movements.
