Welcome back to our first full week of 2015!

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend and are excited to get started with 782 in the new year.

I am here enjoying the Canada game right now so I am going to keep this post short and sweet!


Back Squat x 3r x 6s

Build up in weight to 80-85%. Take the first few sets to work on form and speed out of the bottom and then hit a final couple of heavy sets.

  • 6 lateral burpees over the bar
