Back Squat x 3r x 6s
Build up in weight to 80-85%. Take the first few sets to work on form and speed out of the bottom and then hit a final couple of heavy sets.
- 6 squat cleans (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 6 lateral burpees over the bar
