We have had some requests from people to re do the workout from today, tomorrow. 

That means we have 


Deadlift x 3rep x 5sets


10 min AMRAP

  • 5 S2OH (115/75lbs)
  • 10 Deadlifts (115/75lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps or Step ups

Scale as needed.

If you happened to be one of those people who did that workout today we have Handstand Pushup progressions for you and a 10 min AMRAP of

  • 4 HSPU
  • 8 Plate G2OH
  • 12 cal Row

If you are really keen on the second workout, we'll negotiate. It does look kinda sexy.
