Strength

Tall Snatch x 2 reps x 3 sets

High Hang Snatch x 2 reps x 3-5 sets

Take 10 to 15 minutes to complete these sets after our warmup. 

Coooooonditioning

  • 0: 2 high hang snatches + 4 burpees over the bar
  • 1: 100m row + 4 burpees over the erg
  • 2: 20sec plank + 4 burpees

One movement to work on skill, technique, and core strength, and one movement all day to work on those lungs. It's the only time you see burpees this week, I promise. You want to finish all the work in the 30-40sec mark so we'll scale the movements as needed.
