Stay light, but have good consistent reps
12 min AMRAP
- 3 Front Squats (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs) (185/125lbs)
- 6 V Snaps
- 3 HSPU
- 6 Jumping Lunges (L+R = 1)
Four movements. Eighteen reps a round. Twelve minutes. Scale as needed for the handstand pushups and front squats. If you can get upside down try to do three to an abmat or few.
