Time for a nice little workout on Thursday. Hope you all had a great couple days of the storm and are ready to get back in here to end the week!


Back Squat x 5reps x 3sets @ 70%

Stay light, but have good consistent reps


12 min AMRAP

  • 3 Front Squats (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs) (185/125lbs)
  • 6 V Snaps
  • 3 HSPU 
  • 6 Jumping Lunges (L+R = 1)

Four movements. Eighteen reps a round. Twelve minutes. Scale as needed for the handstand pushups and front squats. If you can get upside down try to do three to an abmat or few.
