Hope you all had a great weekend. I was able to to CrossFit Kinetics in Halifax and had a great workout Friday night.

- 10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps
- 30 American KB Swings
Choose a weight that you could do unbroken your first round, but as the workout goes on you will have to break it up.
