Monday is back upon us!

Hope you all had a great weekend. I was able to to CrossFit Kinetics in Halifax and had a great workout Friday night. 

Strength

Push Jerk x 2r x 5s

Working on speed and efficiency. We'll stay light and get our form on point. 

Conditioing

3 rounds

  • 10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95lbs) 
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 American KB Swings

Choose a weight that you could do unbroken your first round, but as the workout goes on you will have to break it up.
