Time to revisit an open WOD. 

Strength

Clean and Jerks and T2B work

After the warmup we'll take 15 or so minutes to work on our efficiency for these two movements. 

Conditioning

7min Ascending Ladder of...

  • 3 Clean and Jerks (135/95lbs)
  • 3 T2B
  • 6 Clean and Jerks
  • 6 T2B
  • 9, 9...

Take 7 minutes to get as high as possible on this ladder. We will do two heats so it will feel like open style with the workout. Scale as necessary for the two movements.
