Friday is here!

Time to workout. Find a friend and get into the gym!

Strength

Back Squat x 5r x 3sets

Stay light on these and do 70% of you 1RM. All the sets should feel comfortable.

Conditioning

10 rounds each - alternating rounds with your partner - 20min time cap. 

  • 5 WBS
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 15 DU's or 30 SU's

One partner does one round and then their partner does another round. 

Each round should be quick. Go hard and let your partner go! Enjoy as always.
