Thursday. 

O so close to the weekend. Time to come in and get a good workout in and get your mind off that cold weather outside. 

Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions

We have seen some improvement on this movement over the past few months and we want to continue your work at these going through the new year. 

Work on 5 sets of the progression you are on and work on quality over quantity with your body control. I believe we will see these in the open this year.

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP

  • 6 HSPU
  • 9 V-Snaps
  • 12 burpees
    • rest 1 min after each round

Work in your space and complete a good set of handstand pushups and v snaps and then grind out the burpees. Rest 1 minute between each round and try to push the pace each round.
